It’s sweetened naturally with erythritol, gets a flavor boost from fresh strawberries and a splash of lemon, and finishes with bubbly sparkling water and a smooth touch of rum. Whether you’re hosting or just winding down at home, this drink is pure summer in a glass — keto-friendly and guilt-free.

 Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 2 teaspoons erythritol (or to taste)

  • 4 to 5 fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 50 ml white rum (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • 100–150 ml sparkling water

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

How to Prepare

  1. Add lime and sweetener
    In a large glass, squeeze the lime juice and stir in the erythritol until dissolved.

  2. Add strawberries
    Mix in the chopped strawberries and gently muddle to release the juices.

  3. Pour in the rum
    Add the rum and give it a gentle stir.

  4. Add ice
    Fill the glass with ice cubes.

    Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
