How to Prepare

️⃣ Blend all ingredients – Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Add it to a blender or food processor along with the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk (or milk of choice).

️⃣ Process until creamy – Blend until smooth and silky. Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure a consistent texture.

️⃣ Taste & adjust – Taste and add more sweetener or cocoa powder if needed, depending on your preference.

️⃣ Chill & serve – Spoon the mousse into small jars or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

️⃣ 🍓 Tip: serve it chilled with berries or a spoonful of coconut whipped cream for an extra special touch!
