π© Keto Cinnamon Donuts (Quick & Delicious!)
These donuts are really easy to make and taste amazing! The batter can also be used for other donut recipes. Perfect for when you crave a delicious, low carb treat.

Ingredients
For Donuts

1 cup Blanched Almond Flour β 1 cup blanched almond flour β get the best one here for perfect low carb baking.

1/4 cup erythritol β This one here is good for guilt-free sweetness.

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 cup unsalted butter β melted

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 large eggs
For Cinnamon Coating

1/2 cup erythritol
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
3 tbsp unsalted butter β melted
How to Prepare
π©πΎβπ³ Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 360Β°F (about 180Β°C). Grease the donuts pan.
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3οΈβ£ In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and the melted butter.
4οΈβ£ Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
5οΈβ£ Fill the donuts pan with the batter 3/4 of the way.
6οΈβ£ Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7οΈβ£ Let the donuts cool and remove them from the pan.
8οΈβ£ For the coating, in another bowl, stir together erythritol and cinnamon.
9οΈβ£ Brush both sides of the donuts with the melted butter and press them into the erythritol/cinnamon mixture to coat.
π Repeat with the remaining donuts. Enjoy!
