Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (120g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup raisins (30g)

How to prepare

  1. Mash the bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Mix ingredients: Add the cocoa powder and peanut butter to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
  3. Add raisins: Fold in the raisins if using.
  4. Prepare the pan: Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly with oil.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the dish and spread evenly. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Cool and slice: Allow to cool, then slice and enjoy.
