🍳 Breakfast:

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole wheat toast

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 onion, chopped

  • 1 orange, chopped

  • A handful of blueberries

  • Black coffee (optional)

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

How to Make It:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. In a pan, cook the chopped onion for 1–2 minutes. Add the eggs, scramble until cooked, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the eggs with toast on a plate.
  4. In a bowl, add orange pieces and blueberries.
  5. Pour yourself a cup of coffee.
