  • 20g blueberries (about 2 tbsp)
  • Black coffee (optional, but perfect with it)

How to Make It

  1. Slice the banana and place it in a bowl.

  2. Add oats and natural yogurt, then top with fresh blueberries.

  3. Serve with a hot cup of black coffee.

That is it. Simple, balanced, and packed with flavor.
